Every GoWork Staffing employee is expected to report any workplace injury to their direct supervisor without delay. From there, our Human Resources team steps in immediately and activates the appropriate response protocols, no waiting, no guesswork.

A full investigation and written incident report must be completed within 24 hours of any incident. Should something happen while you’re on the job, we have qualified medical providers ready to support our workforce, treat injuries promptly, and make sure nothing stands in the way of your continued operations.

Once medical clearance is given, an employee will be supported in returning to work on either partial or full duty, whatever is appropriate for their recovery.
